Going Out With A Bang
This Saturday marks the final meeting for the Nashville Palm Users Group. While most other PUGs have long since called it quits years ago, we’ve been going strong. In fact, we’ve been holding monthly meetings for the past 8 years. It’s been a good run and we’ve certainly had a lot of fun along the way, but the time has come to “shut our doors”. But don’t be sad, because NPUG is going out with a bang!
If our membership is the engine that has kept NPUG chugging along all these years, then it’s the vendors that have been the fuel that’s allowed the engine to even start. Knowing it’s our last meeting, our resident “Prize Pimp”, Randy Jones, has been working hard for months to call in every favor he can muster. Suffice to say that the Palm OS Economy has come though again and as of this posting, we have over $2,000 worth of prizes to give away.

You may have heard me say this before, but it’s never been more true - if ever there way an NPUG meeting you didn’t want to miss, this is it. We have over 100 door prizes to give away, including a Treo 680, so rest assured, if you come to the meeting this Saturday, you’re going to go home with plenty of loot.
