If there’s one thing that you can count on today, it’s that the pace of our lives isn’t slowing down. The flood of information that pours into our lives is a constant raging stream. To help get a handle on this, there’s a relatively new technology called RSS that can help you stay on top of things. Now instead of having to remember which web sites you like to stay on top of, with RSS you can be notified whenever there’s a change. It’s free, it’s easy to use and after we walk you through the basics of RSS, you’ll wonder how you ever got along without it.
Once we go through the basics of RSS, we’ll then introduce you to the world of Podcasts. Podcasting is taking the world by storm because it allows just about anyone to create their very own radio show and share it with the world. Our focus this month is how RSS can enable you to download your favorite Podcasts easily and automatically.
So come learn all the nitty gritty about RSS and Podcasts and see just how easy it is to surf the flood of information coursing through our lives using these to interesting technologies.

RSS is a fairly simple technology that allows you to stay up-to-date with your favorite web sites. Whenever new content is published you can be notified instantly. RSS is also used with Podcasts, so once we cover the basics of RSS, we’ll walk you through the basics of Podcasts. What are they, how do you find them and then how to do easily download them via RSS.
