The Bond Latch

The Bond Latch Today I got I got my Bond latch made by Force Technology Corp (http://www.force.com) for my Palm IIIse. I fell in love immediately!!! It is probably one of the best devices you can get for your palm if you are just running around, at a meeting, shopping, etc.

I was worried that the clamp onto the device would be flimsy and weak. I was scared that my pilot would fall off. I was happy to see when I got it that it fit rather snugly. Easy to install and remove. I use a flip cover with my pilot and the cover fits perfectly. It is a very multi-functional device that is well built.

It does tend to bounce some when you walk but if you put it in your shirt pocket you don’t notice. If you bend over and the pilot slips out of your shirt pocket IT IS FINALLY SAFE!!!

I have a “bodyglove” case and the pilot and bond latch both fit inside perfectly. I am sure it would fit in some other cases that had a little extra room. In my opinion it was a good spend of $30.00. a good quality, well manufactured, cheap safety measure.

The Bond Latch is available for all models of the Palm, including the Palm V. In addition, The company also offers several other solutions for attachment besides the necklace it comes with. You can choose from Ski Cat Lanyard, 18” Pocket Chaing with Trigger Snap, Mini Designer Coil, and two types of retracting reels.
